Client Participation & Feedback Policy
At Maddox Communications, we believe that great design is built on collaboration. To help every project succeed, we ask our clients to review and agree to the following expectations:
1. Project Scheduling
Project start and completion dates are mutually agreed upon by both Maddox Communications and the Client. These dates set the framework for all deliverables, communication, and final delivery.
2. Client Participation
Active and timely participation from the Client is essential. Clients are expected to provide requested materials (such as brand assets, imagery, and copy) and design feedback by the deadlines communicated.
If necessary materials or feedback are not provided in a timely manner, Maddox Communications’ Designers will proceed with the project to the best of their professional ability using the resources available. For website projects, any missing features, content, or assets may be added by the Client after project delivery. It will not be the responsibility of Maddox Communications or its Designers to continue editing a project after the project delivery date.
3. Feedback & Revisions
Prompt feedback ensures that the project remains aligned with the Client’s vision and goals. If feedback is delayed or insufficient, Maddox Communications may make professional design decisions in order to maintain progress. Final deliverables will be presented by the agreed-upon completion date, whether or not full feedback has been received. In such cases, the delivered product may be incomplete or may not reflect all desired revisions.
4. Pausing a Project
We understand that unforeseen personal or professional circumstances may arise. Should the Client need to pause a project, a pause fee of $350 will apply. Upon resumption, the project will be rescheduled based on Maddox Communications’ current availability.
5. Responsibility & Outcome
The quality and success of the final deliverables depend on the Client’s timely participation and responsiveness. Maddox Communications is committed to delivering work of the highest professional standard; however, limited engagement or delayed input from the Client may affect the completeness or effectiveness of the final result.
