Since 2021, Jennifer has served as the Principal Owner and Lead Designer of Maddox Communications, a creative studio dedicated to building elevated brands and high-converting digital experiences. She holds a degree in Communications from the University of Florida and an MBA from Florida International University, where she specialized in Leadership Development and Strategic Negotiations. With a unique blend of creative talent, organizational leadership, and business expertise, Jennifer brings a strategic, thoughtful approach to every project she leads.

Her background includes years of hands-on experience designing and executing full-scale marketing campaigns. She loves working closely with entrepreneurs and business leaders to bring clarity to their vision, creative solutions to functional problems, and sophistication to their online presence. Each project she leads is guided by strategy, elevated by design, and always rooted in personal connection.

Outside the studio, Jennifer is a proud wife and devoted mother of two. She deeply values building a business rooted in purpose, flexibility, and meaningful impact.
