What to expect
You'll review proposed designs and share feedback with us through a 3-round revision process. This helps keep the design process organized, your project on-time, and it helps us ensure our design decisions remain aligned with your vision.
No detail is too small. Through a thorough brand deep-dive, we get to know your business objectives, target audience, competition, and aesthetic vision. This sets the tone for the subsequent design direction and ensures every creative decision we make is rooted in purpose and intelligent strategy.

Launch & Handoff
Once the final site is approved, we handle some technical details and get ready to launch. You will be fully supported on launch day and we stay available to assist with managing and updating site logistics, DNS records, and other critical details needed after the website is transferred and published.
Design & Build
From layout to typography, every detail is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your brand and to feel intuitive to navigate. We build exclusively on Showit, which is a user-friendly and fully customizable platform that gives your the freedom to edit and manage your website long after launch.
Onboarding & Agreement
You'll receive a service agreement and initial invoice to secure your project on our design calendar. Once signed and retainer is paid, we kick off onboarding with an in-depth questionnaire to help you prepare for your design experience
with us.
Ongoing support
After launch, our clients receive 15 days of technical support. You can also choose to stay supported through our Website VIP Day or Brand Management packages designed for brands who want a continued creative partnership and website maintenance without hiring in-house. Whatever works best for you!

- Our design packages start at $2,900 USD with packages and pages customized to what you need.
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve your place on our design calendar.
- A 25% payment is due at the start of our project, with the remaining balance due before your website is transferred over.
- Project timelines are confirmed during your discovery call, and flexible payment plans are available upon request.
